Our Glamping Pods are nestled in an Area of of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Escaping to our tranquil Nature Retreat for a digital Detox will give you a new lease of life . Forest Bathing whilst bare feet and inhaling the fresh mountain air will make you feel relaxed and energized. At night, there is zero light and zero noise pollution where you can stargaze on a clear night of skies. During the day , you'll be hearing the sheep and the bleating lambs, rustling leaves in the wind and chirping birds in perfect harmony. Our location offers , walking, running, cycling routes, as well as horse riding with tracks. Nearby, you can visit famous Devil's Bridge Waterfalls, Bwlch Nant yr Arian Red Kite Feeding Center, Silver Mountain Experience for the History of Victorian mines which are all a short driving distance away. You can fish rainbow trout from Dinas and Nant y Moch reservoirs once you purchase an access ticket from our local BP garage and convenience store. Whilst Aberystwyth Town is 10 miles away, i can not recommend you enough to visit Aberystwyth Cliff Railway, Constitution Hill, Vale of Rheidol, Aberystwyth Art center and Aberystwyth Castle whilst in town. Your self contained pods have private parking, ensuite shower, toaster, kettle, TV, under counter fridge, single electric hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, hair dryer, sofa, towels and bedding is also included for your most comfortable King Size bed to make your stay extra comfortable. Please note ; WE ARE IN AN ISOLATED LOCATION AND 10 MILES OUT OF ABERYSTWYTH TOWN. You will NEED A CAR to reach most places ,including nearby shops and pubs You must be 21 to make a reservation. No Wifi but 4G available. 1 dog accepted (november-march) - 2 dogs accepted ( april-october). Welcome to Forester's Retreat, My husband and I have many years of aviation knowledge and expertise so you are in safe hands to start off with. My husband built our 2xGlamping Pods during lockdown and even though we both currently hold full time jobs, we still enjoy welcoming guests to our pods . Nothing is ever too much , all you have to do is ask! This is a micro family business and we thoroughly enjoy what we do. We have our own chickens and we offer their free range eggs to our guests to enjoy, only when they are able to lay them of course! We offer packages for celebrations like Birthdays, Anniversaries and other at an extra charge. You must let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like us to make your stay extra special with those extras. Note; Do you have friends and family that you would like to take with you?
