First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Bidet, Toilet Second Floor: Bedroom 2: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating and electricity (GBP 30 per week November-March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of GBP 100. Up to two small dogs only, or one medium dog at charge GBP 50 per pet, payable to owner direct upon arrival. No dogs under 6 months old. Sorry, no children under 4 years old. . This attractive holiday cottage is deceptively spacious inside, having the benefit of an additional conservatory/sitting room which overlooks the courtyard garden. Bourton-on-the-Water is known as the ’Venice of the Cotswolds’ because the River Windrush runs through its length. There are also plenty of cycle/walking routes within the Cotswolds. Tourist attractions include the Model Village, Cotswold Motor Museum, Birdland, the Model Railway and fascinating dragonfly maze. There is additional parking to the rear of the property and there is direct access from the garden to open fields, perfect for those who love walking. Visit Britain Gold Award 2009/2010.
