We have a wonderful team of 4 excellent cleaning ladies, including Natasha, Ria, Rowina and Apple and myself as the manager. And we are all at your service should you need anything and we are always trying to improve things. We have now been running this guest house from about 2021-22, and have received some absolutely wonderful people in our guest house, including professors and researchers, actresses, holiday makers and a number of students to name a few. I love to travel myself and to meet new people. Wonderful world out there! I am usually busy running around with work, but love to stop and have a chat with guests when there is a chance.

The guest house is kept extremely clean and bright. Plenty of space and faciliity to relax or write your new best seller. A newly refurbished shower, bathroom, and Kitchen equipped with all the basics to get you going. The rooms are very large, as are the dining and living areas. Each room has an android TV. We are running around 300mbs hardwire broadband with which delivers around 100mbs via wifi around the house. We have 2 routers to make sure the entire house is covered. Plenty of space to cook if you wish, a large lounge and dining area, and desk space in each room to do your work. We hope for and encourage friendly social interation throughout, and respect shown to all. A helpful team around you, including myself, and some very friendly cleaning ladies to keep things immaculate and the place running fine. We can call on a friend of ours if you have any language needs, where he speaks fluent French and Spanish. A balcony view that is wonderful, particularly in the summer, so do grab a coffee and sit on balcony to watch the world go by. We are always trying to improve things, so take all your suggestions and reviews very seriously.

We are locataed in a lively, busy area, with the Gunwharf Quays Centre and Portsmouth's main transport hub, (The Hard) located near by. So if you love shopping, sitting on the beach, or visitiing museams or particpating in local events, there is alway something going on. For history lovers, we have the dockyard which is just arond the corner where you can explore Portsmouth's rich naval history. You will likely pass our building on your Charles Dickens Trial, and we would be happy to show you where he once spoke and where is family once lived. If you want to help looking for the birth place of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, we would be happy to point the way. If you take your health seriously, then the fresh iron filled Portsmouth morning air is for you. Being on the south coast, we get some great summer weather too. We are not so far away from Southsea Beach which is a favourite for British holiday goers. Or if you prefer sandy beaches, you can hop over to the Isle of Wight, where you will find your pick of some excellent beaches.
