This is a very modern pod with private entrance by the garden gate. We'll keep one parking space available for you 24/7 in our driveway (no extra fees). Independent air-conditioner and heating control. Blackout curtains. Private ensuite with an enclosed shower. Hair dryer, shower gel and basic 2-in-1 shampoo available. Bedding and towels will be changed after each booking or every 3 days on long stays (free of charge). Iron + board available. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter spread + jam, x2 small water, gravy granules, salad cream, salt + pepper, vinager and a variety of sauces available as per courtesy. There are 2 supermarkets by 5min walking distance (Central Coop at Ashbourne Rd and Sainsbury's Local at 121 Nuns Street). Small eating area equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, sandwich maker and a table with 2 chairs. This table can be also used as your working station. Office chair. You'll be sharing only the garden with us. We are a working family of 3 adults, 1 of us is currently working from home so we're able to provide you 24/7 assistance during your stay. We have very friendly pets (no worries, pets are NOT allowed in the guests accommodation). They live indoors with us and only go in the garden for about 15min fresh-air every 2hr or so and also sleep in the house with us. Non-smoking whilst indoors please but an ashtray is left permanently on the garden table and you're free to smoke in the garden. This is a very peaceful residential street.
