We are delighted to welcome you in the Ouche area, Haute-Normandie, in Rugles, in a house of character and charm, decorated by ourselves to bring it the nowadays comfort while respecting its authenticity. We named our house "Le Clos Saint-Germain" because the property is enclosed by walls, out of sight: which forms an enclosure (Clos into French). Saint-Germain because that is the name of the church of Rugles. In addition of this, Saint-Germain was a burgundian sishop (of Auxerre from 418 to 448). Myself from Burgundy, it is also a nod to my origins. Guest house labelled Gîte de France 4 ears. Bed and breakfast in a bourgeoise town house ordered in 1860 by Calixte Marquis, industrialist in the steel industry at that time, offering 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 1 dining room, a billiard room, a terrace facing south with a canopy and a garden without vis à vis. Free Wifi. We walk easily to the local shops. The excursions in the surroundings require to be motorized. Possibily of cycling (2 bicycles provided). Le Clos Saint-Germain is located in the town center of Rugles. We have essential shops in the center. We are closed to many walks and various visits. A collection is available at the house listing a large number of activities, walks and excursions. Center parcs "Les Bois Francs" (Parc acquatique Aqua Mundo) - Les Barils 27130 Verneuil-sur-Avres : 15km / 19 min by car.
