Levi Cranberry C1 is a brand new ski-in ski-out 56 square meter two bedroom apartment in Levi Center with a private outside patio with a hot tub. The apartment is for 4+2 guests. Apartment is in the root of Levi Front Slopes, 20 meters away from the Levi Glacier Express chairlift station. All the amusements of Levi center available next to it. The price includes the buildings own gym and the ski storage. Unfortunately the parking hall / lot and the EV-charging is not available approximately between May and September 2024. The C1 apartment was finished in December 2023. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room + double size sofa bed + 55" TV with streaming apps (own subscription needed), a versatile equipped kitchen for 6 persons, a bathroom with a sauna and WC, a separate WC, an utility room with a washing machine and a drying cabinet, a private patio with a private hot tub and a Wi-Fi (50Mbps). The room hight is 3 meters which gives a lot of space feeling for the apartment. The ski slopes and trails are easily accessible through out the ski storage room.
The Levi Cranberry apartments were completed in December 2023. The next construction project (Levi Lingonberry) on the adjacent yard causes daytime visual and noise nuisance. About the distances: Levi Front Slopes and Glacier Express chairlift 20m, Ski track 50m, Levi Zero Point 350m, S-Market / Alko 700m, Levi-market 600m, Levi city center 450m, Kittilä airport 14km
