The company is established in 1997. In 2024 the company manages several properties: West Side Hotel (a 72-room hotel in the western part of the city), B&B Retro (a 19-room guesthouse) and several furnished apartments in Turku city centre and surrounding areas.

B&B Retro is a traditional family-run Bed and Breakfast with delicious breakfast baskets, beautiful spacious backyard and comfortable rooms. It is under new management since June 2024. The house has been a hostel since the 1990, and before that is has served as a workers housing for decades. The house has 19 rooms: singles, twins and family rooms, a common kitchen, backyard BBQ and traditional Finnish Sauna. It is located next to Kupittaa Park and within walking (or biking or bus ride) distance from the City Centre (2,5km), the Aura River (2,1km) and the Campus Area (0,5-1,5km). Guesthouse turned into B&B Retro in 2024 In past years, the customer group has largely consisted of (in autumn, winter and spring) visiting workers, who worked either at the shipyard or at the many construction sites in the area. In the summer time, the house was filled with sports teams, tourists, backpackers and festival and event participants. From those days many remember Mauri - Host of the Guesthouse - whose favourite hobby was to chat (often during breakfast) with the people who had spent the night in the Guesthouse. The house was like a second home to him in those years. During the corona years, the building slowly moved to a more automated reception, and the keys could be collected either from the city-reception located in the city centre or from a 24/7 keysafe. Some customers appreciated this, but others missed the stories and the presence of the owners and the staff. B&B Retro started from the idea of bringing back the Guesthouse's years of glory. Only this time with a little twist: not trying to hide nor cover the past, but rather highlight it in full. Behind the idea is Mauri's younger son's wife Emma, ​​who eventually got the whole family excited to join the project. In summer of 2024, Guesthouse Kupittaa became Bed & Breakfast Retro! 

Kupittaa is a trendy neighbourhood close to many sports facilities, built around beautiful Kupittaa Park and next to the lively Campus Area. There's a train station for the trains heading towards Helsinki. The house is located within walking (or biking/bus ride) distance from the City Centre (2,5km) and the Aura River (2,1km). All the big football games are played at Veritas Stadion, which is located only 600 meters from B&B Retro. Close to the B&B there are several restaurants (pizzas burgers, vegan, vegetarian, sandwiches, steaks, Asian, Finnish, Italian, Indian etc.).
