The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a ping-pong table is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Families with children are welcome. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Youth groups are not allowed. Music/noise is strictly forbidden after 10 pm. This is a family villa, parties are strictly forbidden. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Beach/pool towels are provided.
