Beautiful Apartment completely renovated and decorated with a modern and functional style so that your stay is perfect and with all the comforts. It is located in a residential area a stone's throw from the Historic Center of Soria. It consists of two double bedrooms with exterior views, a ceiling fan wardrobe and individual heating. A bathroom with a large shower and exterior ventilation, with toiletries, heating and a hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for cooking. We will always leave you a welcome gift with which you can prepare your own breakfast (kettle, coffee, infusions, biscuits and water). If you need to do laundry, you also have a washing machine and dryer in the same apartment completely free of charge and also an Iron and Board so you can give the finishing touches to the clothes you need to use. There is a very spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed, ceiling fan and individual heating. It has a flat TV with Netflix, it also has a small balcony where you can sit and have a coffee or relax. The entire apartment has a high-speed WIFI connection. The cleaning of the apartment is done once a week for long stays, if you wish we can do it more frequently, you just have to request it and we will give you the rates. Reservations for two people or less only give permission to use one of the two bedrooms. If you want to use both bedrooms, the reservation must be made for a minimum of three people, or pay a supplement for the use of both. bedrooms.
