Alicante’s old town is only at about 10 min drive and it can be easily reached by public transport in around 20 min (bus line 22), with the bus stop right in front of the property. Moreover, in walking distance, the tram lines 1, 3 , 4 and 5 make the connection with the city center and with Playa de San Juan.
