This stunning coastal house is just a short walk from the beach, offering ideal outdoor spaces. The large private saltwater pool (10x5m, 1-2.2m depth) is surrounded by 8 sun loungers, and there's a furnished porch perfect for barbecues. At the front, a lawn area and a spacious terrace provide a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, the house features a large living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and a dining table. The laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has four air-conditioned bedrooms: two with single beds and wardrobes, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (including a shower and cot/high chair), and one with a bunk bed. All rooms have ceiling fans, and there are two additional bathrooms with showers. The property is located in Sa Coma, just 600 meters from the beach and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. The Son Servera golf course is 9.6 km away. Air conditioning runs in the living-dining room from 2 pm to 7 pm and in the bedrooms from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests under 25 are only accepted if traveling as a family.
