Beautiful villa located in Alcudia, next to the lake and steps from the sea. The property is on one floor with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are en suite all with shower, two bedrooms with double bed, one with two single beds and the other with a trundle bed. 3 of them with access to the garden. There is a large kitchen with dining table, large windows giving natural light and access to the garden. There is also a living room with TV. Outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue where you will be able to enjoy the most of your stay. Undoubtedly a villa with an outstanding location and a unique charm. Alcudia is a nice and tidy town set on the North coast, with its own port and large and lovely beaches. It used to be an ancient Roman city, so there still are the Murad and other ancient Roman items. Walking through the old town is a pleasure, as it is full of curious small shops and good restaurants. It is about fifty kilometers away from Palma and the airport, and you can easily visit other interesting places in the island.
