Apartment decorated with great care and attention to detail. Location right next to the beach of La Mata and Les Ortiques. Walking distance to the seafront promenade with access to fantastic restaurants and cafes, shops in the centre of La Mata and service points. There is a grocery market every Wednesday just a 15-minute walk away. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks and bike rides. The 50 m² area consists of: – a bright living room with a comfortable sofa set and direct access to the balcony; – a fully equipped open kitchen; – two bedrooms, equipped with wardrobes and comfortable beds (1x2os., 2x1os.); – bathroom with shower. The windows of the living room and the bedroom let in a lot of daylight. The apartment is fully equipped. It is located on the ground floor. The staircase is secured by an intercom. There is a swimming pool at the Pinada Beach III complex.
La Mata is a small town situated to the north of Torrevieja. Is very well known for its mild winters, warm springs and autumns and hot dry summers. It is a quiet area with parks and green spaces, ideal for those looking for a natural and relaxing environment. It is also famous for its natural dunes and its beach, one of the longest and widest in the area. La Mata beach is a beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters. The facilities offers: umbrellas, sunbeds and lifeguard services. This area on the Southern Costa Blanca becomes very busy during the peak months of July and August, but never as busy as its large neighbours.
