A view to Jaani Church opens from the loft. Historic Tartu University is just a around the corner. City center cafes, restaurants and various boutiques are in the very same area. You'll be able to feel the vibe of Tartu in closest walking distance. Tartu center is compact and you can probably reach everywhere necessary on foot.
