The villa is ready to welcome you all year round. It is decorated with original mosaics made of glass, stones and shells, which I made myself. The very unusual design will be of interest to those guests who love something truly unique and rare, as well as those who want to spend a few days in a calm and friendly atmosphere. I rent out the entire second floor of the villa: three bedrooms - one double with a double bed and its own bathroom, another double with a double bed and one single, they share a bathroom. You can rent one bedroom, two or all three. I can only accommodate five guests at a time, so it's usually quiet and peaceful. High-speed Internet throughout the house and in the yard for free. Electric mosquito traps are installed in each room, or you can ask for special mosquito repellent candles. On the ground floor there is a living room, a shared kitchen and my room. Since I live in the same house, you can always contact me with any question and solve any problem very quickly. Breakfast is included in all rates. You can also order dinner for an additional fee (some rates have dinner discounts). Every day I send guests a breakfast and dinner menu for the next day with a list of all ingredients in the dishes (this is important for allergy sufferers) and ask for confirmation of attendance. Use of high-speed Internet (the house has four lines 2.4 and 5G) and a swimming pool is free, parking near the house is free. The rental price includes all utilities except air conditioning. Air conditioning (cold or warm) costs 5 euros per day. We have a very picturesque green area on the border with the Capo Greco reserve. There are many interesting places worth visiting. The beach is 3 minutes walk If you love rocks and spotless water, two more beaches (Konnos Beach and Mimosa Beach) are within walking distance - 10 min. There are several other beaches nearby. Very close (5-6 minutes walk) from my house there is a bay with sea turtles and you can enjoy swimming and watching these extraordinary animals. There is a bus stop a few minutes from the house. And you can independently get to any place in Cyprus.
