This 4 Bedroom villa is fully equipped with the bed linen, towels, TV with satellite channels, kitchen tools and BBQ. Includes free WiFi and air conditioning in every bedroom. This property is 10 minutes walk from the famous Nissi beach and 6 min walk from the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Opposite the street there is a small park for your children to play

Neighborhood info

Perfect setting for larger families or friends holidaying together or wedding parties as located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Nissi Avenue takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It's difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. At the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. The pretty Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family. La Bella Nissi Villa locates in a quiet location, only three minutes walking from Nissi Avenue, and seven minutes from famous Nissi beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc.
