Lake Simcoe Retreat – 5 Bedroom Vacation Home Near Innisfil Beach Park Escape to our spacious 5-bedroom vacation home in the heart of Innisfil, Ontario, a peaceful lakeshore town just around an hour from Toronto and close to Barrie. Perfect for large families, reunions, corporate retreats, and wedding guests, our home offers a serene retreat just minutes from Lake Simcoe and the popular Innisfil Beach Park. The Space: Our two-story home, complete with a fully finished basement suite, comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The 5 bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed and crib, three additional bedrooms with queen and double beds, and a private bedroom in the basement. For larger groups, we also offer a large pull-out sofa bed in the first-floor living room and a futon sofa bed in the basement living room. Dining & Kitchen: The large dining room is perfect for group meals, featuring a spacious dining table and plenty of chairs. A cozy breakfast area between the living room and kitchen offers additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from pans and dishes to cups and glasses. We also provide a coffee maker, kettle, and complimentary ground coffee, along with initial supplies of salt and cooking oil. Entertainment & Activities: Relax and unwind with our 65” 4K Roku smart TV in the first-floor living room or the 55” 4K Roku smart TV in the basement. The basement also features a football table, treadmill, and tread bike, offering entertainment and exercise options for guests. Outdoors, enjoy our large backyard with various trees, a spacious open area, and a propane gas BBQ grill on the patio. Work & Relaxation: For those needing to stay connected, each bedroom is equipped with a desk and chair. One bedroom includes a 32” 4K LED monitor and HDMI cable, ideal for remote work. The house also features air conditioning, soundproofing, and a private entrance for added comfort and privacy.
