The first is the award-winning Tangará Jean-Georges. In this fine dining, the menu features both an à la carte menu and a tasting served in 6 times and harmonized by our sommeliers. The only restaurant in South America by award-winning Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who boasts a career of excellence in Michelin-starred cuisine. Pateo do Palácio is the hotel's open-air restaurant with a terrace overlooking the park, full of fruit trees. Every day we have live music with the best selection of Jazz, Blues and Bossa Nova. From Monday to Saturday a delicious Afternoon Tea is served and on Sundays the famous Sunday Brunch. Additional amenities include 9 event rooms, with a maximum capacity of 1000 people, including a ballroom for up to 600 people and terraces overlooking the park.
