Ashden is very new on the accommodation scene and is opening up to assist Phoenix House which is just next door and usually heavily booked. Being set up so recently enjoy the beautiful new linen, bedding, towels and everything else in the home. Ashden is a very comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom, two living area townhouse in Lake Gardens Estate. It is just a hop step and jump to Lake Wendouree, Ballarat's famous botanical gardens, and Ballarat premier sporting facilities at Ballarat Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Stockland Wendouree Shopping Centre is just 1.7ks from the door. Coming to Ballarat through the week; enjoy our cheaper rates from Sunday to Thursday. Don't want to stay 3, request a price for less days. Try us for location and value.
A senior who enjoys life, married to Tom with three adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. We have a beach house on the Bellarine Peninsula that we love to spend time at and also rent out.
Lake Gardens is surrounded by open space with the Ballarat Botanic Gardens and Lake Wendouree to the east, Wendouree Park and Ballarat Golf Course to the south and vacant land to the west. The Ballarat Aquatic building is within walking distance and includes a 25 Metre eight-lane indoor heated pool. The townhouse is on a bus route that enables travel all over Ballarat. Ballarat West train station is located within walking distance if you would like to travel to Melbourne etc. Taxis are just a phone call away or hire cars are readily available in Ballarat.
