Clean lines and thoughtful spaces allow for total relaxation as each room flows effortlessly into the next with big windows opening it up to those tranquil water views. Lots of wood and charcoal tones also means this non-traditional beach abode fits perfectly into its surroundings; across the road from the beach in Dunsborough with views over Toby Inlet at the back. It's unique name, 82 Degrees comes from the most prominent angle in the house. The home has enough space for multiple families or couples and is designed to maximise occupancy, while keeping its living spaces uncluttered.
