In winter, you can take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the ski lifts of the Hochoetz Ski Area, with 30 km of slopes. The Gasthof Marlstein is located in the Neder Valley, a 10-minute drive from the Ötz Valley and the A12 motorway. You can park your car for free on site.
