First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic! The room is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a fully equipped mini kitchen that makes it easy to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is also excellent—clean and functional. The hostel itself has some wonderful amenities, including a great rooftop and a lovely outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. They even provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats for guests, which is such a thoughtful touch and incredibly convenient! One valuable tip: the hostel offers tours at a significantly more affordable rate. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this ahead of time and had already booked tours elsewhere, but next time, I’ll definitely purchase directly through them. Lastly, the service was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated their attentiveness. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend staying here!

Located on the southern coast of Honolulu Island, this hostel is one block from Kuhio Beach and the Honolulu Zoo. The Polynesian Hostel offers comfortable accommodations. Friendly staff and can't get any better for convenience of location.
