Situated in Bukovel, 31 km from Waterfall Probiy, MAFA Hotel features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The location is good. Getting to the resort is quite easy by taxi, and walkable if you don't mind walking a bit (about 20 to 25 minutes). The people are wonderful. Friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their presence the most out of my entire experience there. The unattached restaurant on the property location is great too. Good food and very nice and attentive wait staff. I hope to return one day.

Let me be very specific in my review. Situated right in the city center, the establishment has an exceedingly friendly administrator. She welcomed me, showed me around, gave me a key from the hostel room, and advised me about the closest supermarket. Plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the loft room contains no bunk beds, so the sleep is rewarding and refreshing. Pity I only stayed a night as I had to move on to Rakhiv. When you go to Kolomiya, do not book anything else!

The Good: * Fabulous location, less than 5 minutes from the train station, small shops within 20m. * Wonderful, forth-coming host. He offered me an upgrade for peanuts. * Rooms feature everything a hostel should, including a table and a chair * The fully equipped kitchen is MASSIVE * The environs are what you would expect in Transcarpathia. You feel in the middle of nature. * The building is located within a gated territory * Bonus: cheap coffee machine on hostel premises

I liked the location and the beds were adequate. The price was not cheap but not expensive either.
