DKmama is the sweetest, always going out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. You genuinely feel welcomed as if you are her family and that is a very special thing. Met heaps of kind, interesting and fun people here. I initially booked for 3 nights but extended to 10, and so many people did the same. It's a testament to the kind of place this is :)

Beautiful and peaceful place, far enough from the crowds but not so far from the beach by motorbike. You can rent a motorbike directly at your accommodation, ask in Anjar. Anjar, the owner, is the kind of person you are really happy to meet on your trip. Perfect from the start to the end of your stay. He comes directly to the pier and takes you through your accommodation and does the same when you leave, free of charge. He is always available to give you advice and help, always smiling. This guy is a legend! I wish you the best for the future, thank you again my friend!

Ananas Samui Hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Laem Set Beach. With free WiFi, this 3-star hostel has a restaurant and a bar. The accommodation provides evening entertainment and a tour desk. It was a great stay. We enjoyed the talks with the host, the quiet and clean place. The cool Bar nearby is a real hidden gem. A lot people stay longer as they have planed. Thanks for the hospitality!

Located in Bangrak, Samui Backpacker Hotel is a 1-minute walk from a pier that can take guests to Ko Phangan and the famous full moon parties. It offers dormitory-style and private rooms with free WiFi. Honestly, aside from this being such an incredibly low price, everything was great quality. Rooms are kept well and renovated … our private room was well ventilated, clean and has been maintained well. The staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The community is great. The food is affordable and good! Loved their smoothies and their Tom Kha Ga (one of the best Tom Kha I have ever had in my life). I was expecting to get something of lower quality for the price, but this hostel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Boasting a bar, the hostel is close to several noted attractions, around 200 metres from Chaweng Beach and around less than 1 km from Chaweng Noi Beach. Fisherman Village is 6.2 km from the hostel and Big Buddha is 7.4 km away. The owner is like Thai version of Bob Marley ! I had the luck to be there for the barbeque party ! Lovely live music and awesome people. Very nice big rooms and confi beds , a good restaurant in front and also you can rent a scooter. The hostel has also a pool and I use it ,very refreshing ! I meet some very nice person there and we had a lot of fun !
