The owner explained everything about facility at my arrival and the room is very clean and quiet (I could hear other guests talking but they slept early). Supermarket, restaurants, gas station are nearby (in 5-10min by car) and this place was on the way to my next stop (perfect location for me).

The hostel was clean and very inviting. The lovely chap on reception was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with Gluten Free options all kept separate. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. Met some lovely people staying there and everyone seemed friendly. Great place to walk. We went to the waterfall close by which was great. Had several walks from there. Only sad we were there one night. will defiantly go back

This central Rättvik hostel is 1 km from Lake Siljan and 25 minutes’ drive from Leksand Sommarland Water Park. It offers a communal kitchen. The property was safe, clean and cozy. The staff member at reception was great, they really helped me out with getting to Dalhalla because I was unprepared, with no transportation pre-booked. Much appreciated that they went beyond what was their responsibility to help me out.

Scenically set in the village of Sörsjön, this hostel is 35 km north of Sälen at the base of Fulufjället Mountain. It offers communal kitchen facilities and spa treatments on site. The landlord was very friendly, the house is very cozy and huge, the shared bathroom is very clean and you can see the pretty sky at night. 35-40 minutes driver to the ski resort Sälen.
