They helped drop me to another location close by when I was having difficulty finding transport as I had a big bag. Very kind and considerate, hard to find such helpful staff. Also, the laundry facility was excellent.

Auckland Airport is 20 km from the property. the hostel was in an amazing location, just a short walk to the centre of town. the secure parking was awesome and only $10 a day! the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Saskia, she was so strong and carried all my bags so I had to make a special mention just for her 🥰 the building was very secure and had different floors with separate kitchens and lounges, so there was plenty of space for everyone and card locks on each floor. The whole place was great, an older building fitted out with all the modern necessities needed. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone!
