Location, and vibe were excellent. My complaint is with the design of the room ( 4 person). Almost claustrophobic and near impossible to make your bed, especially if you had a top bunk. Really pathetic whoever designed the rooms. Not even a chair to sit on to put your shoes on, and the lockers were so narrow it precluded most every type of luggage. But on the positive side, the public areas, the staff, and overall experience is excellent.

Packed lunch service is available for a surcharge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food for breakfast was really ample and delicious. Bar area was a nice place to hang around.
