Piece Hostel Kyoto åpnet i april 2013 med splitter nye fasiliteter og ligger beleilig til, bare en 5-minutters spasertur fra JR Kyoto stasjon. The atmosphere was great here. I loved the shared area and the complimentary filter coffee. Lots of activities hosted at the hotel like movie night etc.

Located in Hikone, 1.7 km from Hikone Castle, GUEST HOUSE NAGORIYA provides accommodation with a bar and free private parking. I cannot recommend this guest house enough! The owner is so kind, helpful and speaks decent English. The location is too far for walking but if you take the number 22 bus from stand 1 outside the station, you can shorten the walk to 5 minutes. Very comfortable bed, good AC, plenty of space for luggage and relaxing. Useful kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery, mugs, plates etc. It's in a quiet area. The lake is a short walk away. Hikone Castle isn't far either. The one toilet and shower on the first floor did not bother me. I loved this guest house!

I liked everything about Mii guesthouse,very cozy atmosphere,the staff is very warm and helpfull,I had a great time in Osaka .I recommend Mii guesthouse to all the travellers !

Located in Nagaoka, 15 km from Hikone Castle, Guesthouse Izame Ann provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. Such a nice gem this place. Perfectly organised by the owner who makes great food too! (On reservation) The village is lovely and from our room we could see the little stream that flows through town. Also go and see the shrine, it has a nice set-up and a great look out over the village. We can highly recommend this place!

Hilo Hostel is located in Nara, within less than 1 km of Nara Station and 18 km of Iwafune Shrine. The 3-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom and free WiFi. Very good location, close to everything and walking distance to anywhere important. The staff were amazing, helped me a lot. They helped me fix my bag when it ripped and helped me with my flight. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom and showers were super clean! Highly recommend!

Set in Toyooka, 2.5 km from Kinumaki Shrine, KINOSAKI KNOT offers air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Very comfortable bed and a lot of amenities for a hostel. :)

Set in Minamicho, 48 km from Tokushima Station, Ichi The Hostel offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Amazing hostel 🪩❤️ Best stay along the Shikoku pilgrimage (Henro!) so far - definitely stay here! Great energy, staff, and even a pub :) I was so happy to share a home-cooked meal on my second night, Erika is a wonderful cook and great host, she went above and beyond to assist me in booking my next stay and working out how to get there 🙏🏻

Located in Osaka and with Abeno Seimei Shrine reachable within 400 metres, Mad Cat Hostel Osaka & Bar provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. If I could rate this higher I would. I've never felt more at home anywhere in the world. I'm quite an anxious person and struggle to make good first impressions but that was flushed away within minutes. The staff are so lovely and make so much effort to help you integrate with others staying there. The cats were absolutely adorable and the only time they didnt want fusses or naps was feeding time. I was given great recommendations for local places to eat and see, and they were all a quick walk away, as is the local subway and train station. The bar is charming and I spoke to locals and travellers alike who were all just lovely people. And you get a free beer! Don't think. Book this place. Unless you're allergic to cats. And even then Reiko will probably occomodate that for you. Loved it. 1000000/10 ❤️

Heart Hostel and Diner 女性専用Onlyfemale in Ise provides adults-only accommodation with a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. My favorite hostel of all time. The bed area is so spacious, I’ve never had such a large bed in a hostel. The duvet and bedsheets are so nice that I just want to sleep in longer ~ It’s obvious that the owner has given careful thoughts on how to make the guests’ stay more comfortable- the powder room has large mirror, chairs and one lamp per seat to assist your makeup :) Location is great too - just a few minutes from the train station (north exit!) and the bus station to anywhere you need to go.
