Located in Ukiha and with Komyozen-ji Temple reachable within 33 km, Hostel&Cafe Farolito provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. Farolito and the town of Ukiha were a much needed oasis for me after a week of being in big cities. The atmosphere of the cafe was great, and the food was so delicious. On the two nights I was there, it was actively visited by locals who seem to come for conversation with visitors as much as for the food and drink. That made for a fun atmosphere where you can connect with the spirit of the town. The owners are really kind people who have done an amazing job with the place, and I think are living their dream :-)

Conveniently located in the centre of Fukuoka, Fukuoka Guesthouse SHIP offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The staff were amazing, really friendly, and personable. Everything else was good but the staff were exceptional. The hostel was very clean, and the building is pretty neat looking as well. The location was within walking distance of a station and a few notable destinations. No dryer on site, just clothesline. However, there was a laundromat 2 blocks away, so that wasn't an issue. I'd recommend this location to anyone staying in Fukuoka. Great value for the cost.

Lovely little hostel a fairly short walk away from Hakata Station. The staff here were absolutely lovely and could speak some English too! I'd come back to stay here again.

In a prime location in the centre of Fukuoka, Fukuoka Guesthouse HIVE provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. The staff was incredible, nice, funny, and helpful. The downstairs bar and shared space was a great place to hang out, meet people and get travel advice, as well as having a nice cup of tea or a drink. The room was big enough for our family, for a very affordable price.

The hostel, as a whole, was very clean and smelled nice. I really appreciated the provided face wash and washing machines. The pillows were also very comfortable!

Attractively located in Fukuoka, Fukuoka Share Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Great budget hotel. The location is very nice and the Filipino staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a 7 Eleven in front of it and there are malls around like You Me. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. Our stay was superb.
