Nordic Hostel is well located in the centre of Reykjavík, and provides a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone visiting Iceland. The rooms were so quiet and clean, and I felt private as I had a blind, making my bed feel nice and cozy. The bathrooms are what you would see at a 5-star hotel, and the overall vibe was just amazing. It is a great price and an amazing location. I could not recommend it enough! My mum, who is heard to be pleased with the accommodation, said that even she would stay here! I was also a solo traveller, and I felt very safe! And all my belongings safe, and the locker under the bed just made everything feel secure

Baron's Hostel is well set in the centre of Reykjavík, and provides a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We booked a private room which has a bunk bed, for the price we paid it was pretty decent, there's a lot of toilets and shower area, situated in a more quiet area I would say which is nice and location wise, it's near the famous church in Reykjavik, so it is easy to walk around to the center, it's a 15min walk to the bus terminals going to and from the airport and pick up point for excursions, We did everything by walk and never took the bus in the city. the common area is very spacious with common kitchen too.
