Situated in Chantada, Dpaso hostel has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. We loved this hostel felt really at home. The lounge area was great for down time and the facilities were great. The beds were comfortable, 4 to a pod with privacy curtains. Washer and dryer available. The location is at the top of the main street which was convient but to access you need to go down a small muddy lane. The bathrooms were clean and the outdoor area beautiful. Next time would book this for a camino Rest day after tough Chantada climb - it was so relaxing Host was available to contact out of checking hours.

Situated in Mondoñedo, El Albergue del Montero has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, and organising tours for guests. The facility is quite large with lots of lounge areas outside of the sleeping areas which was nice. Males and females sleep on separate sides of the room. The albergue has a restaurant and there are others nearby. It is a short walk into the town. Bunk beds are the built in wooden type, so it is quiet.
