Beds were clean, comfortable and well isolated, breakfast was tasty and staff very helpful

The linen is perfectly clean, cleaning is done every day. Very nice hotel design, light and cozy. The location is quite good, there are many restaurants and shops around.

The room includes a toilet and shower. There are also numerous HALAL restaurants nearby. It's very close to the subway station. The front desk staff helped me set up Alipay and showed me how to use it for subway rides. Overall, it was a wonderful trip to Hangzhou. With Alipay you can do a lot of things. Several banks nearby you can exchange dollar or your own currency to rmb, charges nothing for currency exchange. So... dont exchange too much at the airport!
