Prijazno osebje, pripravljeno pomagati. Z družino smo šli na izlet in sem potrebovala informacije za načrtovanje ogledov. Brez težav so priskočili na pomoč, natisnili urnike.

Ugodna cena, solidna hrana, čistoča, prijazno osebje, velika soba, primerna lokacija. V domu tokrat ni bilo veliko ljudi, tako, da je bilo bivanje prijetno. Sem smo zahajali pred leti in smo se vrnili, ter obiskali lepe spomine. Verjetno še pridemo, saj tudi na smučišču ni bilo nobene gužve, kljub vikendu.

The hostess, Eli, is the sweetest lady. She lives in the hostel, so she's easily reachable. Eli is also excited to meet new people from around the world. She made time to take me to local festivities and snowshoeing, served me homemade sweets, and introduced me to the locals. It was true hospitality and kindness. I got upgraded to the suite room but got to see the full hostel. It is clean and new. I particularly liked the heated floors in my room. The suite had a washer and dishwasher, too. The folks in the town were super friendly. The hostel is right next to the bus stop, which was very convenient when arriving from Vienna. The bus dropped me off right at the hostel. The town is surrounded by mountains and scenic views. You'll see the river Drava, and a smaller one a bit farther away. The town is not at a high altitude, so there isn't a lot of snow or clouds. But you'll find that up in the mountains, a short drive away. There were a few days when a light jacket was enough to walk around town, in December. There is wifi in the hostel and at the cafe right across the road from the hostel. Everything is within walking distance... the grocery store, a small park, restaurants, cafes, ATM, etc.

Nastanitev Jugend- und Familiengästehaus Villach se nahaja 10 min hoje stran od središča Beljaka in ponuja preprosto opremljene sobe. Excellent value and for the price paid I couldn’t ask for better place to stay. Ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly, good breakfast included, the room was comfortable, clean and close to the center of Villach and the Italian border. I used this place as a stopover on my way south to Italy but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to do some local exploration as there is so much to see and do in the vicinity of Villach. Highly recommended.
