Located in a historic building renovated in 2017, Hostel Pupa provides adults-only accommodation on the seafront in Kotor. The 4-star hostel features dormitory rooms with free WiFi. Location is perfect( 5minutes walk from bus station ) with supermarket nearby (1minutes from hostel). View in front of hostel is beautiful. You can see small port after you exit hostel. Kitchen on 2nd floor are fully equipped with large fridge. Two receptionists named Nadja and Kristina are super friendly and they are available to guide&help guests.

The owner/caretaker lady was very kind, showed me around and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They have only 3 rooms, 12 beds total, so it’s a homey feel. Not a party place, which i love because it felt quiet and safe. Common area, bathrooms and room were very clean and functional. The bed was sturdy (i wish there were curtains on bed for privacy. I used my eye mask to block the light so i was fine) and there was changing block in the room with large mirror.

The atmosphere was pretty social while I was there, it was easy to meet people in the common areas.

The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen has all you need. The staff was super friendly and proactive, advising activities and providing info about parking and the area around. Highly recommended!

Central location, comfy bed, clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, quiet neighborhood I have a really light sleep and I slept like a rock, plenty of restaurants and convenience store nearby, a short walk from the bus station and to the old town. It is a family business, they all are really nice people and super helpful with information about all the sightseeing around. They have a beautiful and peaceful garden, which the little kitty keep trying to destroy 😬 I booked for one night, ended up staying four.

The hosts, Dean and Steffi, were the most amazing hosts I have ever encountered in all my travels. The motto written in the door, 'Guests become Family' comes true here. I thank all my other fellow guests too for the amazing stay. The dinners were the most awesome parts, that felt so like home. Amazing is all I can say about the place, hosts and guests.
