All the family went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful and didn't get annoyed when we checked in at 5am, kept our bags safe while we borrowed a scooter to go to cuc phuong overnight and even gave us water and bananas for the journey. Otherwise the hostel was rather basic, but had everything necessary (don’t expect a luxury hostel with bunk beds though). The host drove me to the Bai Dinh Pagoda and back and organised taxis whenever I needed them. The hostel is outside of the main city, so a perfect place for people who enjoy the calm, not recommended for people who want the bustling sounds of a city around them.

Hostel can provide bikes, scooters and help you with tours and information about lots of things. Personall was so kind and helpfull. Locality in middle of tam Coc is perfect and there is also bar and kitchen. Kitchen was very interesting, they cooking also western food pizzas and pasta in very good quality but you need to pay for it. Renting bike was cheap.
