To me personally for the price it was very fair and a very good deal. The person running the place Irene was a fantastic host even got us a new night light as purs we broken. Very friendly and convenient spot to stay in if you are looking to go see Kek Lok Si, Penang Hill as the temple is just behind the stay and is very near to a bus stop which takes you into town.

It is very clean, it is beside the street but its not as noisy as i scared it would be maybe cause our room is more toward the inside of the building. The staffs is very responsive and very friendly. They even provide a tourist guide. They do provide towels, toothbrush & paste, earplugs haha and shampoos.
