The place was great! The architecture beautiful and the furnishings astonishing, they do have an issue with bugs, which is fine, but I didn’t expect it to be as bad. I suspect it might be hard to fix but they could insolate the home so there are not quite as many, it was a bit uncomfortable to have bugs swarming around me when I was in the bedroom area. Aside from that the place is beautiful. I still reccomend it

The guesthouse had a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere, and it had many interesting places inside with retro toys and historical objects from the region. The room was also wide and the bed was comfortable.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Great location. It's easy to walk to Kanazawa's main attractions. Very professional and attentive service. Everything was new and clean. The breakfast buffet is impressive, but there are cheaper breakfast options nearby.
Very nice hotel, lovely staff. Great location, right in the middle of the city.
We were on the 13th floor when the earthquake came (grade 6, nonetheless). Everything was shaking, but there was no damage. So the hotel is very earthquake safe! :-))
Highly recommended!
Great location, very safe, very comfortable and the apartment was big enough and very quiet. Onsite laundry was useful and the in-apartment bathtub was great! Kitchen appliances were great and daily cleaning service was adequate.
Great Hotel. Great Room. Great Location. Great Spa. Everything was brand new. This was both one of the cheapest accomodation that we had in Japan and one of the best. I wouls absolutely go back. They even had a public bath inside.
It is by far the best hostel I have ever been in. Nina-san & Manki-san were amazing; they make everything so you will feel welcome. Every day around 8:00 PM, we had a great activity. One day we made miso homemade and origami, and another day we made takoyaki. The rooms are small but comfortable; everything is clean. It was one of my best experiences on this trip.
Thank you
The location was the best thing about this hotel! For a capsule it was quite nice, the mattress was a lot more comfortable than expected and fairly spacious - the ceilings are pretty tall. Stayed in the women’s dormitory and felt very comfortable and safe, definitely worth the money if you just gonna stay for 1 or 2 nights.
Great location: 5 minutes from Kanazawa station!
The hostel is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so it can be hard to carry a big suitcase.
The common area is divided into common and female area. The common has bar hockers and female area is with normal chairs. Free coffee and tea.
Beds are big, with a lot of space above, a wooden crate locker, space under bed for suitcases and a shelf above the bed for else. Towels are changed daily.
You get what you pay for. Cheap hostel. Location is good and bad depending on what you’re planning. If to stay near the train station: great, if you want to see the touristic places, it’s too far to walk all the time, too close to take the bus
Very centrally located, close to everything you need to see in Kanazawa and not too far from the train station by walking. The owner of the hostel is an awesome guy who speaks English very well! Will help you with anything you need even if it’s insights on life about his crazy stories of meeting people ( Ask him about the bus crash)
