I guess, the location was its best point; however, there were many homeless people around nearby streets which made me feel uneasy and unsafe. It was not possible to walk to and from the hotel after 5:30pm.

Nice pook & gym. The best was the location! Felt very safe and very close (5 min walk) to some great spots to eat (Argentinian empanadas!!), have a drink or the best ice cream we had in Brazil! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us check out an hour later so we could take a shower after an appointment before our flight!

The apartment is well-planned and the two people can sleep, cook, work and have a rest without any problem. There is also a swimming pool and a great view of the city on the 11 floor. The air conditioning works and helps a lot. There was a washing machine, but we didn't use it. The host is friendly, helpful and answers quickly.
