It is actually a youth centre and funds raised from the dormitory facilities help subsidise the centre. The place is brand new and near to supermarkets and restaurants. The 360" views of Dilijan and surrounding countryside from the open terrace at the top of the building are superb - great place to have a drink and watch the sunnset.

Space at the back to park the car safely. Everyone was very welcoming and though we didn't speak Armenia our host was used to this and through the use of Google translate everything went smoothly. It's a wonderful old house and you will be well looked after by the kind hosts. The location is a perfect quiet hillside outside of town - you can walk there along a safe main road.
