Loved having access to a kitchen and Mychelle was super welcoming and even did our laundry (which was much needed after a week on Oahu first). We had our own bathroom to use and parking was included. It was a great place to set up home base for our stay on the big island.

The location is excellent. The host is very friendly and the room is superb. It's very comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated which makes us feel like home The backyard is beautiful. The host is very thoughtful and provides complementary snacks.

Excellent communications with hosts. Check-in procedure was straightforward and any questions during my stay were promptly answered. This Ohana unit is private and in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s spacious, well laid out, clean and an inviting unit perfect for a solo traveler. Very good value in Hawaii’s expensive marketplace.

Situated in Kailua-Kona, 700 metres from White Sands Beach Park and 1.2 km from Kahaluu Beach Park, Sunset Shores - UNIT B Kaiupoho features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and... I really enjoyed my stay here! It was a great location and a close walk to the beach, about 10 mins. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfy and the space was very clean. Indar was a very proactive host and made sure I had a easy check in. Indar also provided clear instructions and always responded in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend staying here!

Situated just 12 km from Lava Tree State Monument, Big Island Getaway provides accommodation in Pahoa with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as bicycle parking. Christ is a really nice guy! Beautiful dog with a nice house placement. Not so far from groceries, beach, volcano and hilo! Amazing 10/10

The Bamboo House in Kailua-Kona provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge. The peacefulness of this accommodation is astounding. You feel like you've arrived at a spa. The rooms are large, bedsheets and towels made of premium quality, and quiet ambiance. There are two rooms on the top floor, so you are sharing the 'home' with another guest, but the wall are sp thick and you cannot hear into the other room. If you don't want to, you can easily keep to yourself and not run into the other guests. The owner lives on the first floor. My favourite part was the details - artwork from India, antique chairs from Indonesia, sunscreen and aloe vera in the bathroom for unlimited use, super stocked kitchen, etc. Highly recommend, wish we would have spend more than 2 nights here!

Featuring garden views, Tranquility Guest House provides accommodation with patio, around 10 km from Kaloko-Honokohau National Historic Park. A beautiful, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and with a spectacular view of the ocean. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
