Baan Suan La Moon in Chiang Khan has 2-star accommodation with a garden. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. La Moon was a wonderful host and paid attention to all the little details. She gave us fruit and other goodies to eat in the morning and put out coffee for us. She even gave us fruit and some sandwiches and sausage buns to take with us on the bus on the day we left. She also dropped us off at the bus stop at no extra charge. La Moon let me use her washing machine and drying space to do a.load of washing and didn't charge anything for that either. The bungalow was lovely and set in La Moon's beautiful garden. We were also allowed to use the bicycles at no charge and they were in good condition. La Moon's English is very good which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

Quiet location right in the middle of Chiang Kahn right where the night street markets are and super close to the Mekong river walkway full of restaurants and cafes. We just don’t want to leave 🫶. Owner speaks English very good and is always there to help, making your stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call your home base while visiting the region. We had the time of our lives. Thank you so much 😊

Excellent location, clean and well maintain with the northern stryle little house. P'Mod and P'Miang are the most lovely host ever. We exchange the about travel and other stuff...also there are the two cute cats we can.

Amazing super friendly staff that looked after her guests very well. Though language barrier compromised first-hand information, her hospitality is impeccable. Breakfast provided was more than sufficient and delicious, especially the congee :) the location is probably not at the centre of walking street or by the river, but it is not too far to walk or there are free bikes to use too. The price is good value for the services you receive. I will definitely stay here again.

This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. อวบอิ๋มรีสอร์ท (OuabIm) is a resort with separated cabins, which is pleasant. The cabins are quiet. WiFi was good (important near the mountains). Refrigerator, aircon, fan, strong hot water. Everything clean. Location is an easy fifteen-minute walk from the main street in Phu Kradueng town, where there is a big line-up of sit-down open-air food places, a 7-Eleven, other stores, and an excellent coffee shop (บ้านเค้ก กาแฟสด) that makes really good cakes on the premises. The staff is not English-speaking. They use Google translate on their phones, but are efficient. They did my laundry, and found me transport. If you are climbing Phu Kradueng mountain, this is a good base. Also, one of the staff ladies gave me some bananas as I left!
