Although we were in the ‘cheapest’ room it was comfortable for our night stay and very clean. Guest house is right on the beach with many restaurants to choose from, the metro just up the road and too about 20 minutes to get to Porto .

Offering an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Quinta Salinas is located in Aveiro, just steps from Bom Sucesso Sports Complex. University of Aveiro is 4 km away. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The friendliness of the owners and good accommodations.

Very relaxed feel, with only 6 rooms. More like a Bed and Breakfast. Stunning common areas. We had a terrace outside our room with a view of the lagoon and a bit of ocean. Helpful hosts providing great suggestions. Very close to restaurants alongside the water.

Clean and efficient room for a great price. Appreciated the on-site (yet detached) self serve kitchen facility. Although a housekeeper greeted and instructed me about the guesthouse I did also meet the charming hosts, who are local and very hands-on. While I was completely satisfied with my stay, I would caution that my upstairs room was accessed by a comparably steep, hard stone interior staircase which wasn't completely lighted at night (possibly I did not find all the switches). And I stayed on a quiet night but I could see the potential for a little noise at busier times.
