Wisteria Way is a recently renovated guest house in Opononi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This has to be the best property in New Zealand we stayed in. Words cannot describe how beautiful x peaceful this amazing place is .

Set just 11 km from Northland Event Centre, Tamaterau Seaview House in Whangarei offers accommodation in Whangarei with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. This is without a doubt, a hidden gem. Alice is just the most wonderful hostess. Her house is unbelievable. But that all pales, compared to the view you have from the back deck. The photos do not do it justice. What a vista. Best sleep I had on my entire trip. Thankyou, Alice.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Views to unwind - self contained unit w/king bed is set in Ruakaka. The views were beautiful and the unit itself was gorgeous. Nice big windows, super clean, and spacious. Great little kitchenette. Immaculate grounds. Even in proximity to the main house, it felt very private. My husband said it was the best self-contained booking he had ever stayed at for such a price (he was also comparing to AirBnBs)--and I would have to agree. It was in a great location for our next day of exploring too!

J&D Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Kerikeri, 26 km from Opua Forest, 4.5 km from Kemp House and Stone Store, as well as 21 km from Haruru Falls. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but next time will definitely take the opportunity. We were able to get a courteousy van from Homestead to pick us up and drop us off so we could enjoy a couple of beers. Lovely stay there and so thankful for the return of my phone. Boasting mountain views, Hatea Drive Accommodation provides accommodation with patio, around 2.4 km from Northland Event Centre. Very tidy and clean, the room was immaculately decorated and presented! All amenities were covered. Will definitely stay again

Chalet Cullen, is set in Mangawhai. This property offers access to a balcony, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.8 km from Mangawhai Heads Beach. Excellent location with views over Mangawhai. Host was lovely and very accommodating without being overly present. Little studio was beautifully presented and appointed. Brochures to assist with finding local walks etc. excellent location a short drive to the village. Clean and very modern but still homely and had the right kiwi Bach vibe we wanted. Thoroughly recommend.

Situated within less than 1 km of Long Beach and 2.2 km of Tapeka Point Beach, Bellrock Lodge features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Russell. Perfect location away from the noise but close enough to walk comfortably. Hosts lovely

Located in Paihia in the Northland region, Paihia on the Rise features a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Dave and Suz were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond, making us very welcome, offering local advice and fishing spots. Would recommend to anyone. Nice modern house, super comfy bed, great private area. Full kitchen and great shared area. Great parking. We'll be back.

Just perfect. Lovely house - very comfortable facilities and Tracey the owner very nice. Great outdoor space for drinks and supper with good local eateries nearby. Highly recommended.
