The manager, Lawrence, is an outstanding host and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. After we were all checked in and settled, Lawrence gave us a detailed WhatsApp message info about all the activities around the area. He also made sure we were driven to and picked up from where ever we needed to go for ZERO COST. The owner was actually the one driving us and him and his family were extremely kind. They fed us a good South Indian breakfast. This was also the quietest night of sleep we’ve had in India!

They organised a fantastic early morning Periyar bird tour, a trip to Abaraham's Spice Garden and an evening watching the martial arts show for us. Sunila even provided us with a lovely egg curry on the night we arrived. I wish them all the best with their Homestay, they really deserve it!

The family-friendly restaurant at the homestay serves American cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. Best shower, super clean room, the owner was super nice and helpful, so far the best stayed in India. I 100% recommend. Also very close to the Periyar park, just a 15min walk.

We took their smallest room, but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great
