Det er så smukt og æstetisk. Ejerne har tænkt på alle detaljer. Her kan man finde ro og nyde udsigten til bjergene. Værelserne var så smukke og igen var indretningen og den service de tilbyder helt i top. Sengen var så lækker at sove i at man vågnede op veludhvilet.

The place is near bus line 7, we could get easily to Sidari (north), Paleokastritsa (west) and the capital from here with buses in the 3 days we had. The room was clean, air conditioned and with the information provided we were able to avoid risky meals and eat at the best places. Great value for our money.

Lovely and cozy room that was nicely furnished, extraordinarily clean, and very comfortable. I was given a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise, so I ended up having a nice little private sitting area with a view of the harbour. Screens on the windows and back door were nice to allow a lovely breeze in the room but not mosquitoes. Just steps away from the main little road but far enough away that you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. I didn't meet Luigi in person but he was always available, really communicative, and just an all around a friendly and helpful person. Highly highly recommended!

What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and personalized service the family who owned the villa provided. The husband and wife that own villa Anneta are the friendliest people ever!! The beach is very close (4 min walk) and the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings and immediately felt a sense of relaxation and escape from the outside world.

Astacos Studios is a beachfront property set in Paleokastritsa, a few steps from Paleokastritsa Beach and 200 metres from Agios Petros Beach. Everything. The hosts were wonderful and friendly, apartment was modern with great amenities in an ideal location.
