Featuring a garden and views of sea, Shromantic Garden is a recently renovated guest house located in Shroma, 35 km from Kobuleti Train Station. I was planning a trip to Svaneti from Tbilisi and wanted to stay a few nights in the Guria or Adjara region—as some kind of pitstop. When I saw this listing, I immediately knew it was what I needed, and turns out my intuition was right. Two years ago I researched for places like this in Georgia, and I can say that it’s a breath of fresh air —not much similar to it in the country.  Very comfortable and stylish, properly made rooms, each decorated with their motive. A big plus for me was that each room has its own toilet and shower.  The second floor of the house, where the guest rooms are located, is divided into zones, and it's easy to feel some privacy if it's needed. When you observe the house and the surrounding territory, it's easy to notice that the owners have traveled and seen a lot. Each detail could tell you a little story.. The host family, volunteers, dogs, and cats are very heartwarming and pleasant. The house is located about a 20-minute drive from the beach, and it’s vibe is totally different from Ureki accommodations. Hands down it's the best guesthouse to stay in Guria, if not all of Georgia. Location is perfect, very close to the sea and to all of the stores. Small property for limited quality of guests.

Located in Grigoleti, within a few steps of Grigoleti Beach and 400 metres of Maltakva Beach, Sunrise Grigoleti provides accommodation with a terrace as well as free private parking for guests who... We had a great time at this property, right on the beach, it was clean and very relaxing.

Located just 90 metres from Ureki Beach, MaRI&GIO provides accommodation in Ureki with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Great homemade Georgian breakfast, we eat adjari hachapuri. Also, we stayed about a week and everyday and morning we enjoyed the dishes in the menu, all are good!

Situated in Ozurgetʼi, within 37 km of Kobuleti Train Station and 42 km of Petra Fortress, Wood House Gomi features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. I enjoyed the properties quietness and location. It was peaceful and a very laid back guesthouse.

Situated in Shekvetili and only 400 metres from Shekvetili Beach, Valdi Guest Shekvetili features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. EVERYTHING. These people are just so lovely. It’s truly like a home. The house is extremely spacious and beautiful with many different options to hang out inside and outside. I’ll come back and spend more time. It’s so peaceful, very close to the beach and surrounded by nature. On all the different balconies you have nice views on the mountains and multiple kitchens inside and outside. Amazing place to relax and enjoy Shekvetili! დიდი მადლობა !! დროებით!

Offering a garden and garden view, Roin Guest House is set in Grigoleti, less than 1 km from Grigoleti Beach and 2.6 km from Ureki Beach. The friendliness of the people was incredible. The sea it’s at 200 m from the guest house, the local bakery at 5 meters from the property and so good! A shop at your reach within 60m 24/7 and the owners have their own chickens and vegetables from their garden and we paid them some money for eggs and some vegetables. So good! Very lovely people and in a traditional Georgian village with the kindest people. Loved it

Boasting a balcony with garden views, free bikes and a garden, KUKARACHA can be found in Ureki, close to Ureki Beach and 28 km from Kobuleti Train Station. Very clean throughout the hotel. The room itself had a comfortable bed and a table and chairs on the balcony but not in the room as the second bed took up that space. There were storage places for clothes at the side of the bed along with power sockets. The powerful shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water, although occasionally it was barely a trickle at first. It seemed fine once I turned it off and back on again, though. Probably just some air in the water pipes. There are drying racks at each room, which is very handy. Not sure about whether it would be possible to use the washing machine, as I never asked. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. It was easy to find as it sits in front of the Lion hotel. There is no sign that i noticed but it's #86. The folks there speak no English but we were able to communicate when necessary. Payment is strictly cash.
