The residence was extremely pleasant to stay in with good heating and well stocked kitchen. The bathroom had great water pressure and it was large. The railway station is one minute walk with trains direct to Liverpool city center. The TV was huge and had free movie options. Overall a great place to stay. All was good. The area is historic in nature with great walking areas throughout Port Sunlight. The art gallery is especially impressive and the local pubs and restaurants are excellent.

This is a very good equipped, very clean and comfortable unit in Wallasey. I felt myself safe and calm, because the apartement is in a quiet Street near the Mersey River. The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!

The bedroom, shower room and downstairs kitchen plus sitting rooms were all impeccably kept and the interior design was fantastic. Being in the house was an absolute pleasure.

Excellent place if you're travelling alone, good value, very quiet, beautiful area and would be good if you liked walking or wanted to explore the Wirral. Nice garden you can use. Plenty of coffee and biscuits to get by on if you need them. About 10 min walk to Irby village with some shops and where you can get English breakfast at the Brown Bear Café, opens 9.00h, recommendable.

Al and Jan were the most gracious of hosts. Warm and welcoming but above all else considerate and kind. I would happily stay again. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and with a great recommendation for a barber shop. Privacy was respected but the conversations were always interesting and natural. Tha k you kindly for making my stay so enjoyable, Al and Jan :).

Host was great, house was quiet and had everything I needed for a base to travel from. The value for money is exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

Holm On The Lane býður upp á gistirými á Wirral-skaganum, 8 km frá Liverpool og 5,2 km frá Stena Line-ferjunum. One of the best places I have ever been to. The house and the room were spotless, everything very carefully mantained and clean. The room was very big and had everything we needed. Furthermore, the house has a bus stop just 2 mins away, where you can catch a bus to the city centre and get there in less than 30 mins. On the other hand, the owner was also very nice and helpful with us. We arrived a bit late and she waited to welcome us and to explain everything. If I ever go to Liverpool again, I would definitely stay here.
