Situated in Baños in the Tungurahua region, Hotel Casa Santa Lucía features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath. The property has mountain and garden views. The service, the location, the room, the friendliness of the staff, the directions given to us, and the facilities. The breakfast and the parking. I don’t understand why the people who rated it a 1 want to harm a family that works hard to promote tourism in Ecuador. It’s a great place to stay, and I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, We had just come from Quilotoa and were very cold and Los Banos warmed us up, Breakfast on the deck over the River was great.

They came to pick us up when we couldn't find the place and dropped us off in the main downtown area. They have some great stories! The breakfast was also very, very good and always timely. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms pretty nice. One of the owners speaks a lot of English and is a mountaineering tour guide so we had no issues with communication.
