The kitchen facilities was great and the 5 gas burners was very easy to use. The walk in fridge was sensational. Plenty of room to store my stuff Very near Nyngan Bowling club which serves cheap beer and happy hour is between 5-6 each day. On the Wednesday I was there I was lucky to have had a special Chinese meal for only $13. Cash only but geez it was tasty.

The studio was comfortable, well equiped and then some. Lovely breakfast provisions with many extras. Very thoughtful hosts who go out of their way to welcome guests to this unique b&b. The property was a clean cozy studio, in the central part of the Mullumbimby. It's nice layout, lighting, and calming decor make it easy to unwind, and get relaxed. We really enjoyed our stay over there and would recommend it to anyone who needs to be away from the chaos of a busy lifestyle.

Room was nice and there is plenty of common area space to work, read, relax, games, TVs, a pool etc… breakfast was great, coffee or tea always available, very good set up with giant kitchen to use if needed.

I was traveling with my mom, and the cottage fits two people very well with beds in separate rooms for both. Joy was an exceptional host and we can't thank her enough for her hospitality! We were traveling by train and didn't realize it was almost impossible to get a taxi to the farm, but Joy was so gracious to pick us up from Yass and take us to the train station the following day. Everything was super clean and comfortable in the cottage. The self-made breakfast was good. For city people like us, it was so cool to see all the different animals and hear about them from Joy. Highly recommended, if you are traveling between Sydney and Melbourne and want to see something completely different to the big city life. :)

Wish I could have met Dave, the host but got in late and left early. Would highly recommend this place.
