Room aesthetics are awesome. This is a boutique hotel and all rooms are different. Our room was beautiful but unfortunately it was at the 4th floor with no elevator and the bathroom was “split” we had the shower and the sink in the bedroom and the wc room was really small. But my friends had a different room with a beautiful bathroom.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. From the initial booking communication with Sofia was great. Place itself sits next to the river, 10 mins walk from the historical center. Bunch of brunch restaurants across the street, free and secure underground garage Convento de S Francisco 2 mins from the house and Aldi 5 mins. Room itself was spacious and clean and surprisingly not noisy at all considering where it sits, with fantastic view of the old town.
